Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive.

If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items. Unused items may be eligible for return after 7 days of delivery and must be in their original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warm Weather Notice

During warmer months, we ship early in the week to help protect products in transit.

We are not responsible for melting due to heat once packages have been delivered.  Please bring your package inside as soon as possible after arrival.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery so we can take of it for you.

Each piece is made and packed with care here in West Texas.
